The original family house, with all its priceless family heirlooms and beautiful artwork on the walls, was lost to the Holiday Farm Fire in 2020. Within a few weeks, the owners had gotten under contract with us and had secured a builder, hoping to expedite the process and get a jump on rebuilding. But then covid happened, along with supply chain issues, scarcity of building materials, unavailability of subcontractors, difficult jurisdictional requirements, battles with insurance companies, and more. The owners showed how nothing in the world can take the place of persistence and determination!
