Our client is also the builder, and a fine woodworker too. Oh, and he’s also a recently retired math teacher as well. So, when he and his wife mentioned that they had already designed and built all the cabinets for the kitchen before we even got started on design, I new we had to get the dimensions just right! :) Choosing to start on the garage, they’ve broken ground and are now wrapping up the formwork for the concrete foundation. Note: in case you’re wondering why the footings are so wide, it’s because they’ll soon be holding up big retaining walls after the backfill gets brought back in. More soon!
