Whiteaker Studios

An old, empty building that was once a church lay dormant for almost 2 decades before a developer with vision came along and revamped this humble structure, converting it into six (6) small Studio Apartments. Across from a community garden and a family park along the Willamette River, this is just what the neighborhood needed to “dress up” the street corner while also providing much needed housing for the City. It’s amazing what you can do on a tight budget when you have a creative team working in collaboration towards a common goal!
