This is Eugene’s first hard cidery, and the proprietor is an old soul that is single-handedly bringing back traditional cider-making to our community. By using centuries-old, Oregon-grown apple varieties, often complimenting the juice with other local fruits and botanicals, he creates complex, boozy concoctions that are as dry and bubbly as Champagne and as cold and refreshing as beer. Completely original and unadulterated, WildCraft cider is an experience that transports you back in time while keeping you firmly planted in the here and now.
