Territorial Addition & Remodel

You wont recognize it, but the original house was an “A” frame (!). The owner’s father is an architect, and he designed their original addition-remodel that essentially “swallowed up” the ol’ “A” frame. (..in a good way :) Now my office is working with the owner to further the house in order to add a kids realm, complete with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a central play area, a laundry/mudroom connection to the backyard, and a sky bridge hallway to the main house. The new spaces are vaulted, and the kids even have a shared loft over the bathroom that joins their two rooms together. Fun!
